Haley Chuor

Youth Program Coordinator, Chinese Culture Connection

Haley Chuor joined the Chinese Culture Connection in January 2026 as the Youth Program Coordinator. Haley holds a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School, where she examined the intersections of religion, ethics, and politics. As well as a bachelor’s in religious studies and public health from Appalachian State University. She brings a community-centered, bottom-up approach to her work, especially while leading mental health and illness awareness, treatment navigation, and suicide prevention initiatives for both youth and adults.

Her extensive background includes reparations policy, bioethics, agricultural systems, reproductive rights for WOC, and holistic behavioral health in Boston. With almost a decade of experience in migrant education and youth mentorship, Haley views religion and spirituality as a vital partner in public health. Drawing on her own journey through Buddhist and Christian traditions and working in several states across the U.S., she is dedicated to creating diverse, culturally resonant pathways for social justice and community care.
