Learn Mandarin In Person!
CCC offers two levels of in-person Mandarin classes for adult learners: Beginner and Intermediate. Classes are held at Beebe School in Malden and run from February 28 to June 13, with both levels meeting from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
The Beginner class is designed for adult learners with little or no prior experience in Chinese. Through face-to-face instruction and guided practice, students will learn basic Mandarin through simple, practical topics. The class focuses on building foundational skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with an emphasis on everyday vocabulary, basic conversation, and essential grammar.
The Intermediate class is intended for learners who already have some basic knowledge of Mandarin. This class helps students expand their vocabulary, improve conversational ability, and strengthen reading and writing skills through more in-depth lessons and interactive practice. Students will gain greater confidence communicating in a variety of everyday situations.
